Delete your account.
Close it whenever you want. No forms, no waiting.
Delete it in the app
- Open Courtside and go to Settings.
- Scroll to My data and tap Delete account.
- Confirm. That's it — your account and its data are erased right away.
Not signed in?
Whether you never signed in or signed out later, there's no account to close — but we still hold what you follow on this phone, so you can erase that too. Same place: Settings → My data → Delete my data. The app keeps working. You just start with an empty list.
No longer have the app?
Email us at info@courtside.cz from the address you signed in with, subject “Delete my Courtside account”. We'll erase it within 30 days and confirm when it's done.
What gets deleted
- Your profile — email and Google sign-in link.
- The matches and players you follow, and your draw reminders.
- Your marketing consent and notification history.
- Your Pro entitlement, if you had one.
One thing stays: the payment records the store sent us. Accounting law requires us to keep them, so we remove the link to you instead. What's left can't be traced back to you.
Deletion is permanent. You can sign in again later, but you'll start from scratch — nothing is restored. Deleting your account won't cancel a subscription: if you have one, cancel it in Google Play.
