Courtside Pro terms.
What you get, what it costs and how to stop it.
Courtside is free
Scores, schedules, draws, player profiles and head-to-heads cost nothing and always will. You can follow as many matches and players as you like without paying.
Pro changes one thing: how many matches you can track live at the same time, on your widget, your lock screen and your watch. Without an account you can track one. Signed in, you can track three. With Pro, you can track as many as you like. Turning on all three places for one match uses one slot, not three.
Price and billing
- €2.99 per month. Monthly only — there is no annual plan.
- Billed through Google Play, using the payment method on your Google account.
- It renews automatically every month until you cancel.
- Google Play shows the exact price in your currency, including tax, before you confirm.
- If you have never had a Courtside Pro subscription on this Google Play account, the first 7 days are free. If you cancel during those 7 days, you pay nothing. If you don't cancel, you pay the monthly price from day 8.
If we ever change the price, Google Play tells you before the change applies and asks you to accept it. We can't raise it quietly.
Cancelling
Cancel any time in Google Play → Subscriptions. After you cancel, you keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for. Then Pro ends, and Google Play doesn't charge you again.
If a payment fails, Pro ends at the end of the period you paid for. Google Play tries to charge you again for up to 30 days. If you update your payment method and the payment succeeds within those 30 days, you get Pro again from that day.
Nothing is deleted when Pro ends. You still follow every match and player you followed. The next time you open Courtside, we turn off live tracking for the matches above the free limit and keep your latest ones.
Refunds
Google Play takes the payment, so refunds go through Google Play. Start at Google Play refunds. If something went wrong on our side, write to us and we can refund you.
Gifts and trials
There are two kinds of free Pro. The 7-day free trial is part of the Google Play subscription. If you don't cancel it, it becomes a paid month.
We also give free Pro ourselves, as a gift or a trial, for example during a Grand Slam. You don't pay anything, there is nothing to cancel, and it ends on a fixed date. If you also have a subscription while a gift is running, the subscription is billed as usual. If the subscription ends before the gift, you keep Pro until the gift ends.
Your account and your data
Pro belongs to your Courtside account, not to your phone. If you sign in on a new phone, you have Pro there too. While your account exists, another Courtside account on the same phone doesn't get your Pro, even with the same Google Play account. Deleting your account doesn't cancel your subscription. Cancel it in Google Play first. If you don't, the subscription keeps running, and the next Courtside account that signs in on a phone with that Google Play account gets Pro.
Availability
Live scores come from the WTA and ATP. We keep them flowing as reliably as we can, but a source can go down or change without warning, so we can't promise uninterrupted data. If Courtside is broken for a long stretch and you paid for it, write to us.
